This week we are back from our Memorial Day break so the Bakalong will start next week. This week I answered questions and demonstrated how to make perfect whipped cream every time. Here is the link to Saturday's show
Next week, we’ll be back with our pasta frolla demo - our finished project will be the classic Torta della Nonna. Which is a double layer of pasta frolla - best described as the Italian cousin of pate sucree, which pastry cream layered inbetween and then garnished with pine nuts or pistachios and whatever nut offsets the pastry cream - because pastry cream can be flavored in many different ways. We’ll talk about this on Saturday.
